Mao Mao Tang 毛毛汤

（每袋可供2-3人享用。 Serves 2-3 people per bag.）

配料：制首乌，黄精，黑豆，桑葚，枸杞子，核桃，白莲子，桂圆

Ingredients: Zhi Shou Wu, Huang JIng, Hei Dou, Sang Shen, Gou Qi Zi, He Tao, Bai Lian Zi, Gui Yuan

 

食用方法：材料洗净，加入川水后肉类和清水，大火滚沸后转小火慢煮1.5小时，煲好后加盐调味即可。

How to Cook: Wash the ingredients, add all the prepared ingredients and the (blanched) pork to a stock pot or earthen pot ,add cold water. Bring it to boil, and then immediately turn it to down to a slow simmer. Cover and let it simmer for 1½ hours.
