Chong Cao Huai Ji Tang 虫草淮杞汤

（每袋可供2-4人享用。 Serves 2-4 people per bag.）

 

适合人群：养生补身、滋补养颜

 

配料：淮山，百合，海玉竹，虫草花，桂圆，枸杞

Ingredients: Huai Shan, Bai He, Hai Yu Zhu, Chong Cao Hua, Gui Yuan, Gou Qi

 

食用方法：材料洗净，加入川水后肉类和清水，大火滚沸后转小火慢煮1.5小时，煲好后加盐调味即可。

How to Cook: Wash the ingredients, add all the prepared ingredients and the (blanched) pork to a stock pot or earthen pot ,add cold water. Bring it to boil, and then immediately turn it to down to a slow simmer. Cover and let it simmer for 1½ hours.
