Qing Xin Tang 儿童清心汤

（每袋可供2-4人享用。 Serves 2-4 people per bag.）

 

适合人群：有口气，睡觉不踏实，易发怒的儿童

 

配料：海底椰，雪梨干，百合，灯芯草，枸杞，麦冬，无花果，蜜枣

Ingredients: Hai Di Ye, Xue Li Gan, Bai He, Deng Xin Cao, Gou Qi, Mai Dong, Wu Hua Guo, Mi Zao

 

食用方法：材料洗净，加入川水后肉类和清水，大火滚沸后转小火慢煮1.5小时，煲好后加盐调味即可。

How to Cook: Wash the ingredients, add all the prepared ingredients and the (blanched) pork to a stock pot or earthen pot ,add cold water. Bring it to boil, and then immediately turn it to down to a slow simmer. Cover and let it simmer for 1½ hours.
