Nü Shen Tang 女神汤

（每袋可供1-2人享用。 Serves 1-2 people per bag.）

 

适合人群：脸色暗黄，月经不调的女士

 

配料：党参，黄芪，鸡血藤，枸杞子，红枣， 桂圆

Ingredients: Dang Shen, Huang Qi, Ji Xue Tang, Gou Qi, Hong Zao, Gui Yuan

 

食用方法：材料洗净，加入川水后肉类和清水，大火滚沸后转小火慢煮1.5小时，煲好后加盐调味即可。

How to Cook: Wash the ingredients, add all the prepared ingredients and the (blanched) pork to a stock pot or earthen pot ,add cold water. Bring it to boil, and then immediately turn it to down to a slow simmer. Cover and let it simmer for 1½ hours.
