Hu Ru Jun Yang Du Jun Zhi KeTang 虎乳菌羊肚菌止咳汤

（每袋可供2-4人享用。 Serves 2-4 people per bag.）

 

适合人群：脾胃虚，体质差，经常咳嗽不好

 

配料：虎乳菌，无花果，羊肚菌，南北杏，茯苓，麦冬

Ingredients: Hu Ru Jun, Wu Hua Guo, Yang Du Jun, Nan Bei Xing, Fu Ling, Mai Dong

 

食用方法：材料洗净，加入川水后肉类和清水，大火滚沸后转小火慢煮1.5小时，煲好后加盐调味即可。

How to Cook: Wash the ingredients, add all the prepared ingredients and the (blanched) pork to a stock pot or earthen pot ,add cold water. Bring it to boil, and then immediately turn it to down to a slow simmer. Cover and let it simmer for 1½ hours.
